Industry Regulation
Since 2009 Genco Valuation Ltd and its principals have been associated with the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ). PINZ regulates all Plant and Machinery valuation professionals in New Zealand, that includes all practitioners within the aviation, and motor trade sectors.
All valuations are in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of the International Valuation Standards (IVS3000 / Asset Standards for Plant and Machinery Valuations, as at 16th January 2025.)
Where required our valuations are peer reviewed by an independent registered member of PINZ.
